Shipping and Delivery Policy

We use a courier which usually ships within 1-7 working days. The customer is responsible to track their own given tracking no. from the respective courier company's websites.
All the stocks we have in hand are 100% in perfect condition, however, when we send out through the courier company we do not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the respective courier company's staffs. Hence we are not responsible for your parcel during shipment transit.

Availability of Products

Voes Design Provides custom design printing services and reserves the right to refuse any return on product that has been produced explicitly for the customer. Each return and refund is considered on a case by case basic.

In case of damaged Goods, please contact Stockwell within 48 hours of receiving the delivery to expedite the support process.

Buyer may only apply for return of the purchased Goods in the following circumstances:

• the Goods delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Us in the listing of the Goods;
